This is how it works:
You appoint a VIP Realty Platinum agent as your buyer’s representative at no cost to you. (VIP Realty Platinum’s services are always free to buyers.)
You use VIP Realty Platinum’s accurate and always up to date Multiple Listing Services (MLS) to find the new or resale home of interest to you. Your VIP Realty Platinum agent will schedule a viewing for you.
Once you have decided on the home of your choice, VIP Realty Platinum will then act on your behalf as your full service buyer’s agent to negotiate for the best selling price – in accordance with the selling price of similar homes in the area. Your appointed VIP Realty Platinum agent will assist you in any counter-offer negotiations as well.
When the purchase price is agreed upon and finalized, you are eligible to participate in VIP Realty Platinum’s Rebate Program. You will be eligible because you will have done the initial search for your new home on your own, saving VIP Realty Platinum the time and expense of searching for you.
At the closing, VIP Realty Platinum will rebate a portion of our buyer’s agent commission to you, up to 1.5%. Just think about how substantial this sum could be. Depending upon the selling price of the property, your rebate could amount to thousands of dollars.
