Denton County Real Estate:  Year to date, New Listings are unchanged at 0%, Pending Sales are up 20%, Closed Sale are up a whopping 29%.  The Average Sale Price is up 4% and Days on Market to sell is down 7%.

Tarrant County Real Estate: Year to date, New Listings are down .02%, Pending Sales are up 11.3%, Closed Sale are up 7.6%.  The Average Sale Price is up .02% and Days on Market to sell is down 5%
