Here are the Octobers's housing numbers. Pending sales are up 18.9% and days on market is down 25.1% at 64. Home sales were up 19.6% from a year ago with the median sales price up 7.1% to $150,000. The month's supply of inventory is down 32.9% to 3.4 months and the average price per sq. ft. is at $88 up 6.2% from a year ago. Mortgage rates are still low, hovering near 4%. Consider buying before home prices and rates go higher.
