Len was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. He attended De La Salle University where he received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Industrial Management Engineering. He migrated to the United States and worked as a Compensation Analyst for Dow Jones after earning his degree. He went to St. Peter’s College in New Jersey to pursue an MBA in Management Information Systems. He updated his technical skills by enrolling in the Computer Programming program at Chubb Institute. His acquired technical skills gave him employment and consulting opportunities at several brokerage firms including Bankers Trust, Bear Stearns, Merrill Lynch, and JPMorgan Chase.
His hobbies include investing, playing tennis, golf, and cycling. He has been married to Maria for the past 14 years. Maria is a Registered Nurse who works as Director of Professional Services for an established consulting firm. They have two children, Ian and Dylan, who are both in the Gifted and Talented Program in the Frisco Independent School District. Both kids are musically gifted, and play different percussion instruments. Aside from real estate and his technical career, Len owns a successful consulting company assisting hospitals and medical professionals streamline their business and increase their bottom line.
His interest in real estate began when he purchased his first home in New Jersey, and sold it after a few years to make a reasonable profit. Since then, he became a seasoned investor, buying and selling homes. His vision of the instability in the housing segment forced him to sell his last property in New Jersey in 2006, just a few weeks prior to the housing market crash. He then moved to Texas and pursued on earning a real estate license, to continue his passion on real estate investing and to provide excellent service to local clients.
Len is definitely committed to his clients, providing them high quality service, honesty in communication and integrity in business transactions. His clients will benefit from his past success in real estate. He will work diligently on planning strategies to achieve his clients’ goals. His keen eye for great investments will translate into profits to many.
